4 cups oats 1 cup wheat germ 3/4 cup sesame seeds 1 cup coconut 2 cups mixed nuts (sunflower seeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds,...) 1 tablespoon cinnamon (more or less as desired) 1 teaspoon nutmeg pinch of salt 3/4 cup liquid honey 1/2 cup oil 2 teaspoons vanilla (or 1 or 2 packets)

To measure, choose a cup or a glass or other recipient and respect the proportions. One cup is the equivalent of 250 ml. Combine oats, wheat germ, sesame seeds, coconut, mixed nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Make a well and add honey, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Spread evenly on 2 baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes tossing every 5 minutes. Do NOT cook! Remove from oven and add dried fruit. Let cool and store in refrigerator. The granola keeps for a long time if refrigerated.
