Ingrédients
- 260g flour
- 100g sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 250ml milk
- 60g oil
- fruit (blueberries, cranberries, apples, peaches, pumpkin,...)
- chocolate chips, coconut, walnuts, spices
Étapes
- Mix together dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder and salt).
- Make a well. Add egg, milk and oil to well.
- Stir gently until mixed. Do not overmix! It's ok if the batter has some lumps.
- Add flavouring - fruit or chocolate and/or nuts, spices,....
- Spoon into muffin cups.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
