First Layer: ½ cup butter 5 tbsp cocoa (55-60g chocolate) ¼ cup sugar 1 beaten egg 1-¾ cup graham cracker crumbs (or Speculoos) ½ cup walnuts ¾ cup coconut Middle Layer: ½ cup butter 3 tbsp milk 2 cups icing sugar ½ tsp vanilla Top Layer: Chocolate Butter

First Layer: Mix butter, cocoa and sugar. Melt over heat in double boiler Add beaten egg Blend in crumbs, walnuts and coconut Pour onto pan and form base layer. Place in fridge or freezer. Middle Layer: Cream butter, milk and icing sugar Add vanilla Spread over first based and refrigerate Top Layer: Melt chocolate with butter and spread on top.
