Ingrédients
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons poppyseeds
- 1 tablespoon baking powder (1 packet)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup milk (room temperature)
- 113 grams melted butter
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon zest

- Mix dry ingredients. Make a well. Add wet ingredients. Stir gently until just mixed. Put in muffin tin/cups.
