- 225g cream cheese
- 225g blue cheese or roquefort
- ~50g soft butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup chopped black olives (or tapenade)
- ciboulette
- chopped walnuts
Étapes
- Blend cheeses and butter.
- Stir in olives and chives.
- Chill for easier shaping.
- Form into a ball.
- Chill until ready to use.
- Roll in chopped walnuts before serving.
