Ingrédients

  • 3/4 cup flour (83g)
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk (or yogurt or milk + yogurt)
  • fruit
  • optional: one VERY ripe banana, mashed

Étapes

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add butter. (*if doubling the recipe, 4 tablespoons of butter = 1/4 cup ~ 50g)
  3. Add buttermilk or yogurt or mixture of milk and yogurt.
  4. Add mashed very ripe banana, if desired.
  5. Cut fruit except berries and put in ramekins. This recipe is for 3 ramekins.
  6. Spoon topping onto fruit.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
