Ingrédients
- 3/4 cup flour (83g)
- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (or yogurt or milk + yogurt)
- fruit
- optional: one VERY ripe banana, mashed
Étapes
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add butter. (*if doubling the recipe, 4 tablespoons of butter = 1/4 cup ~ 50g)
- Add buttermilk or yogurt or mixture of milk and yogurt.
- Add mashed very ripe banana, if desired.
- Cut fruit except berries and put in ramekins. This recipe is for 3 ramekins.
- Spoon topping onto fruit.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
