Ingrédients

  • 4 cups oats
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 3/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 cups mixed nuts (sunflower seeds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, almonds,...)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (more or less as desired)
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup liquid honey
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla (or 1 or 2 packets)

Étapes

  1. To measure, choose a cup or a glass or other recipient and respect the proportions. One cup is the equivalent of 250 ml.
  2. Combine oats, wheat germ, sesame seeds, coconut, mixed nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
  3. Make a well and add honey, oil and vanilla.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Spread evenly on 2 baking sheets.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes tossing every 5 minutes.
  7. Do NOT cook! Remove from oven and add dried fruit.
  8. Let cool and store in refrigerator. The granola keeps for a long time if refrigerated.
