Ingrédients

  • 2 1/2 cups flour (290g)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (45g)
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder (1 sachet de levure chimique)
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon (+/-)
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine (90-100g)
  • 3/4 cup canned pumpkin (150g)
  • 1/2 cup milk (125ml)
  • 1 egg

Étapes

  1. Mix dry ingredients (flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt).
  2. Make a well and add the pumpkin, milk and egg to the well.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Roll out on floured surface. Knead a little adding flour as necessary. Just a little kneading to have the right consistency (soft, not sticky).
  5. Cut in triangles and place on baking sheet.
  6. Optional: Add a little liquid to surface (milk or water or egg) for a nice golden effect.
  7. Check after 15 minutes in oven. Serve hot with butter.
