
Lisa's Austrian spinach knödel

Ingrédients
- 500g dried bread cut in small pieces
- 1 big onion
- 2 eggs
- 200 mL milk
- 500g frozen spinach (or fresh ones if you have)
- For the dressing:
- 100g butter
- Parmesan
Étapes
- When you're done waiting, check your mixture.
- If it's too dry, add milk, if it's too liquid, add flour.
- Mix with your hands and forms balls with the mixture, a bit larger than an egg. It must be squeezed enough so that it does not fall apart.
- Boil a large quantity of water, and put the balls in the boiling water. Let it cook for 12 minutes.
- Melt the butter.
- Dressing: in your plate, cut your knödel in two, pour a bit of melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan.
