Ingrédients

  • 500g dried bread cut in small pieces
  • 1 big onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 mL milk
  • 500g frozen spinach (or fresh ones if you have)
  • For the dressing:
  • 100g butter
  • Parmesan

Étapes

  1. When you're done waiting, check your mixture.
  2. If it's too dry, add milk, if it's too liquid, add flour.
  3. Mix with your hands and forms balls with the mixture, a bit larger than an egg. It must be squeezed enough so that it does not fall apart.
  4. Boil a large quantity of water, and put the balls in the boiling water. Let it cook for 12 minutes.
  5. Melt the butter.
  6. Dressing: in your plate, cut your knödel in two, pour a bit of melted butter and sprinkle with parmesan.
