
Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingrédients
- 60g flour (wholewheat or plain or a mixture)
- 150g rolled oats
- 1 packet of baking powder (=1 tablespoon)
- salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- ~400ml milk
Étapes
- Stir the dry ingredients together.
- Make a well and add the egg, oil and milk.
- Mix well.
- Add fruit if you want (blueberries, apple, banana, ...)
- Place batter in little piles on hot pan. Turn when edges begin to get firm.
- Serve with MAPLE SYRUP!
