Ingrédients

  • 600g fresh or frozen peas
  • 1 small can of coconut milk (225ml)
  • olive oil
  • chives or other fresh herbs to decorate

Étapes

  1. Cook peas in boiling water until tender (~5 minutes).
  2. Drain peas. Mix with coconut milk and a tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Serve at desired temperature with chopped chives or other fresh herbs to decorate.
  4. Makes 5 small servings.
