Ingrédients
- 600g fresh or frozen peas
- 1 small can of coconut milk (225ml)
- olive oil
- chives or other fresh herbs to decorate

- Cook peas in boiling water until tender (~5 minutes).
- Drain peas. Mix with coconut milk and a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Serve at desired temperature with chopped chives or other fresh herbs to decorate.
- Makes 5 small servings.
